Le Parfait Super Jars, French Glass Canning Jars with Stainless Wire-Bail Clamp Lid

Le Parfait Super jars are the classic French canning jars: thick glass, a stainless steel wire-bail clamp, and a natural rubber seal that closes airtight. Made in France since 1930, these French glass jars are built to can, ferment, store, and serve for years.

• Water-bath canning. Heat-resistant glass and a new rubber seal for each batch make these preserving jars a fit for high-acid foods like jams, pickles, and fruit. Always follow a tested canning recipe.
• Fermenting. The clamp-top closure keeps outside air away while sauerkraut, pickles, and other vegetables ferment.
