Featuring a Dextrose Equivalent (DE) of 42, this product offers moderate sweetness, high clarity in solution, and a clean, bland flavor, making it versatile for a wide range of uses in confectionery, baking, dairy, and beverages.

Professionally manufactured using enzyme conversion and ion exchange, this glucose solid delivers consistent carbohydrate distribution with low ash content. Its carbohydrate profile includes approximately 14% dextrose, 26% maltose, 12% maltotriose, and 48% higher saccharides (DP4+), providing crystallization control and enhanced product stability.

Tested for stringent microbiological and physical standards, it is Kosher Pareve, Halal Certified, and non-GMO identity-preserved (IP). Compliant with FCC and 21 CFR 184.1865 GRAS standards in the U.S., and B.18.017 in Canada.
