• Bucatini (2 Bags): Made from local farm-fresh eggs and organic unbleached semolina flour imported directly from Italy.
• Roasted Corn Ravioli (1 Box):  Contains farm fresh roasted corn, fresh ricotta and, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP. Hand shucked corn, slowly roasted until caramelized and sweet.
• Spinach Ravioli (1 Box) – To make the dough we use local farm fresh eggs & organic unbleached semolina flour imported from Italy. The filling includes local, organic sautéed fresh spinach , and Parmigiano Reggiano. Now that’s what we call a filling!

• DOP Pamigiano Reggiano(1 piece): Made from 100% raw cow's milk in the regions of Reggio-Emilia, Modena and Parma, Parmigiano Reggiano is quite possibly Italy's most famous cheese.

• DOP Pecorino Romano (1 Piece): This ancient cheese is made from 100% sheep's milk collected in the countryside of Rome and produced in Nepi, 15 miles north of the city.

• DOP Lametia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 Bottle): Mariangela's passion for her olive oil inspired us to import this wonderful DOP oil from Calabria. It is made from 100% Carolea olives on her closed-circle estate in the DOP region of the Lamezia Terme Valley.
