Darjeeling has long been called the Queen of Teas, grown in the cool foothills of the Indian Himalayas, where high elevation and mountain air give the region's teas their signature brightness. This version keeps that character while setting the caffeine aside. We commissioned a German tea company to decaffeinate our Darjeeling blend using supercritical carbon dioxide, a natural process that rinses the caffeine from the leaves without harsh solvents. The result is a light-bodied cup that stays true to the delicate, fruit-forward style Darjeeling is known for. It's a fitting choice for an evening pot, or any time you want the pleasures of Darjeeling with less of the caffeine.

Beginning on August 27, 2026, Elyse Harney has committed 50% of sales of Nepalese and Darjeeling teas to the Nepalese Red Cross via the American Red Cross.
