Darjeeling is grown in the foothills of the Himalayas in northeastern India, where high elevation and cool mountain air give the region's black teas their prized character. Our Organic Darjeeling isn't tied to a single garden year after year. Instead, it shifts from estate to estate depending on where we find the best quality, so each harvest reflects the strongest lot we taste. This year's comes from our friends at the Samabeong estate, a certified organic garden. The result is a lighter-bodied cup that still carries the depth and complexity Darjeeling is known for, a fine choice for an afternoon pot.

Beginning on August 27, 2026, Elyse Harney has committed 50% of sales of Nepalese and Darjeeling teas to the Nepalese Red Cross via the American Red Cross.
