Bulk golden quinoa for restaurants and meal prep

Woodland Golden Quinoa is whole white (golden) quinoa seed, kosher, sold in a 5 lb bag (SKU 245B) and a 25 lb bulk bag (SKU 245). It is stocked for restaurants, cafes, meal-prep kitchens, caterers and schools that run grain bowls, salads and sides and want a gluten-free grain that holds up on a steam table.

Rinse, then simmer one part quinoa in about two parts water or stock for 12 to 15 minutes until the germ spirals out, and rest it covered for five minutes before fluffing. Serve warm as a pilaf or rice replacement, chill it for grain salads and tabbouleh-style sides, or fold it into veggie burgers, stuffed peppers and breakfast bowls. Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dry place.

Round out the pantry with French green lentils and millet, or browse grains and seeds, rice and beans, kosher certified foods and case-size staples in bulk ingredients.
