Our 9" Gourmet Cooker Base is designed to be used with you the 4 Quart Stock Pot, 6 Quart Gourmet Stock Pot, and the Freedom Skillet. It has a variable temperature dial ideal for being used as a slow-cooker and is also perfect for fondue! And unlike conventional slow-cookers and crockpots, your Gourmet Cooker Base is not directly attached to any of the cookware. This makes cleanup so much easier and you don't have to worry about submersing the base in water while trying to clean the pot. After the unit cools completely, simply wipe clean with a warm damp dishcloth or sponge!
