Harissa Infused Olive Oil

This premium extra virgin olive oil is infused with the warm, spicy aromas of harissa, a North African condiment that combines roasted red and green chili peppers, garlic, coriander, caraway, saffron, and spices. It is excellent as a base for a lamb marinade or tossed into couscous. It also makes a wonderful finishing oil for all sorts of soups and stews.
