Our Hatch Green Chile Chicken & Cheese Chimichangas will have the whole table reaching for more! Enjoy gooey cheese, savory shredded chicken, and spicy Hatch Green Chile, all wrapped up in a crunchy flour tortilla. They are made by hand and then deep-fried to a perfect golden brown. One makes for a perfect afternoon snack and two makes for a great dinner! These Chimichangas are sold by the dozen — 12 per box.

Our Chimichangas go great with our Rellenos and Tamales. Each is a classic southwestern dish that you'll find served all over New Mexico. If you want to make your own chimichangas, rellenos, or tamales, you can always use our Roasted Hatch Green Chile to make your own. Cooking Instructions:

Keep frozen until ready to heat. Heat from frozen: Oven — 400°F for 20–25 minutes, turning once. Air fryer — 380°F for 12–15 minutes, turning once. Heat until the center reaches 165°F.
