How to use it

Add dried herbs early in soups, stocks, braises and sauces so they have time to soften and release flavor, or rub them between your palms over finished dishes, dressings and vinaigrettes. As a rule of thumb, use about one third as much dried herb as fresh. Keep the container tightly closed, away from heat and light, to hold color and aroma.
