Common names for Olive Herb are Green Lavender Cotton, Holy Flax, or Santolina.  It is a member of the daisy family and native to western Europe.  Olive Herb is cold hardy and fast-growing and good bit drought tolerant.  It's soft, yet hardy leaves are perfect for use in salad dressing and as a seasoning. Olive Herb develops small yellow long-lasting button flowers.
