The peaches are medium to large, yellow-fleshed, and have a classic peachy aroma with rich sweetness. UF Best ripens in mid to late May, slightly later than UF Sun, providing an extended fresh peach season. Its strong disease resistance and vigorous growth make it a top performer in warm climates.
