A general cheese knife will easily cut all firm or hard cheeses. The blade measures 8.5" long x 1.25" wide.
A soft cheese knife will easily cut all soft cheeses. The void in the blade helps prevent sticking. Use the forklet to serve. The blade measures 8.5" long x 1.25" wide.
A blue cheese knife will easily cut blue cheese without making a mess. The thin blade prevents sticking. The blade measures 8" long x 0.25" wide.
