How to use it

Crumble a pinch of threads into a little warm water, stock or milk and let it steep for 10 to 20 minutes before adding the liquid to the dish for full color and aroma. Saffron is potent, so a small pinch goes a long way. Keep the jar tightly closed, away from heat and light.
