Rosie's Vodka Sauce. As with all of our Stello Foods sauces, we start with imported San Marzano tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh garlic. Then we add organic heavy cream, imported pecorino romano cheesed and vodka to release flavors in the tomato that are normally inaccessible. An amazing creamy cheesy combination that goes great with thicker cuts of pasta such as rigatoni, linguini, porchetta, etc.
