Our Ground Ginger is dried ginger, ground to a fine powder. It creates a spicy, warm flavor that pairs nicely with pumpkin pie, cookies, and of course, gingerbread. It also makes a great addition to a stir fry or a stew. Ground ginger is not the same as fresh ginger, so make sure not swap the two equally in your recipe. While ground ginger can be used to replace fresh ginger, you will need to look up a conversion chart online.
