Marjoram is a member of the mint family and has a gentle fresh and citrusy flavor. It is great addition to roasted vegetables, herb-roasted turkey, spanish rice, and fish to liven up your recipe. It also complements veal, lamb, and beef. This Rubbed Marjoram is also great to to throw in your next rub mixture. It is similiar to oregano, but more light and floral.
