Red E Made Supreme Breader Flour is a 50 lb bag (SKU FL132) of dry coating mix for fried and oven-baked foods. It is stocked for restaurants, fried chicken and seafood shops, pubs and caterers that bread in volume and want the same golden, crisp finish on every batch.

Use it as a straight dredge for chicken, fish fillets, shrimp, onion rings and vegetables, or as the dry stage in a wet-dry breading station. It can also be baked for a lighter finish. Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dry place and sift used breader between batches to keep the coating clean.
