How to use it

Food starches thicken sauces, gravies, soups, pie fillings and puddings, and add structure or crispness to batters, coatings and gluten-free baking. Slurry the starch in cold liquid before adding it to hot mixtures to avoid lumps. Keep bags sealed in a dry place.
