Threaded Rotor Repair Stud for Hobart and Stephan VCM 25 / 40

Utilize this threaded stud for the repair of your VCM 25 & VCM 40 rotor. Another JPM Parts exclusive product.

Note: The original rotor is NOT threaded. Your rotor has to be drilled and tapped to accept this piece.

This is the optimal solution for repairing damaged rotor threads with precision and accuracy. This part is guaranteed to be compatible with the knurled nut's specialized LH thread.

Please note, you will have to work with a local machine shop to machine your rotor to accept this threaded stud. The process for installing this new stud is:

1. Machine off the damaged stud
2. Drill and tap the face
3. Thread in the new stud
4. Weld in place.

The bottom threads provide strength to prevent the stud from pulling out, thus not relying on only the weldment.
