For Use on Automatic Espresso Machines
Follow the equipment manufacturer's instructions.
For Use on Traditional Espresso Machines
- Insert a blind filter in the portafilter and add 1 Cafiza tablet. Insert the portafilter into the group head.
- Activate the brew cycle for 10 seconds. Stop for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
- Remove the portafilter and rinse the portafilter in a stream of water from the group head.
- Re-insert the portafilter without the cleaner into the group head. Activate the brew cycle for 10 seconds. Stop for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
- Make and discard a cup of espresso to ensure no residue remains.
