Valrhona Inspiration Matcha is a cocoa butter–based couverture colored and flavored only by real matcha green tea. It has no artificial colors or flavors. Expect a vivid green color, clean vegetal notes, and the gentle bitterness of good matcha, inspired by the calm of a Japanese tea ceremony. It comes as fèves (small discs) that melt evenly and are easy to weigh.

Storage

Keep unopened bags in a dry place at 16–18°C (60–64°F), away from light. After opening, seal the bag airtight and store it at the same temperature.
