How to use it

Split the bean lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and add both seeds and pod to custards, ice cream bases, creme brulee, poaching liquids and syrups. Spent pods can flavor sugar or vanilla extract. Store wrapped airtight at cool room temperature, not in the refrigerator.
