What kinds of organizations can buy as a group?
Any organized group with a coordinator: churches and other faith communities, schools and PTOs, booster clubs, service clubs, nonprofits, employee groups, homeschool groups and neighborhood buying clubs.
How does my group get wholesale pricing?
Your organization applies for a wholesale account through our registration form. Once approved, the account places one consolidated order for your members. Book a call if you want help deciding what to include.
Who handles payment from members?
Most groups have members pre-order and pre-pay the organizer, who then places a single order and pays once. That keeps your order accurate and avoids leftover inventory.
How is the order delivered?
Everything arrives as one consolidated shipment. We offer free local delivery on qualifying orders ($250+ in Massachusetts, $500+ in Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine) and pickup at our Brockton, MA warehouse. Groups elsewhere receive one combined shipment.
Can we use a group order as a fundraiser?
Yes. Many groups buy at wholesale and offer items to supporters at a price they set, with the difference going to their cause. Others pass the savings straight to members. Both work.
